Order Policies Payment & Account Info
Orders are not processed until payment is received. To pay or manage your account, visit "My Account" from our homepage. This section includes order history, loyalty points, and any unpaid invoices.
Pre-Order Items
All pre-order sales are final and non-refundable.
In-Store Pickup
You may choose to pick up your order at either our 91st & Yale or Utica Square location (selected at checkout).

Orders not picked up within 90 days may be returned to the sales floor without a refund unless prior arrangements have been made.

All web order returns must be made to our 91st & Yale location.
Shipping PolicyProcessing Time

Orders are processed in 7–10 business days.

During high-volume periods (October–December), processing may take longer.

Orders placed on weekends are processed starting Monday.
Shipping Methods

Small packages (<2lbs): USPS Priority Mail (2–5 days)

Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

Packages over $200 are insured

Amber Marie & Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked "Delivered"—please check with neighbors or file a USPS claim

Refused or undeliverable packages can be re-shipped at your expense

Keep all original packaging if your item arrives damaged; we must have photos to file a claim
