Shipping PolicyProcessing Time

  1. Orders are processed in 7–10 business days.

  2. During high-volume periods (October–December), processing may take longer.

  3. Orders placed on weekends are processed starting Monday.

Shipping Methods

  1. Small packages (<2lbs): USPS Priority Mail (2–5 days)

  2. Larger orders: Typically UPS unless otherwise noted

  3. Drop ship items: Timelines vary by manufacturer

  4. Expedited shipping (e.g., UPS 2nd Day Air): Processing time still applies before shipment

Tracking

  1. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships

  2. Please allow up to 10 business days before inquiring

Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

  1. Packages over $200 are insured

  2. Amber Marie & Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked "Delivered"—please check with neighbors or file a USPS claim

  3. Refused or undeliverable packages can be re-shipped at your expense

  4. Keep all original packaging if your item arrives damaged; we must have photos to file a claim

Drop Ship & Special Items

  1. Some products may ship directly from our manufacturers and may require additional time

International Orders

  1. We do not ship internationally

  2. If using a freight forwarder, we are not responsible for damaged goods or returns
