Shipping Information
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days. During peak seasons (October–December), processing may take slightly longer. We do not ship on weekends—orders placed Friday–Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
Shipping Methods:

USPS Priority Mail for items under 2 lbs (estimated delivery 2–5 business days)

UPS for larger orders

Drop Ship Items ship directly from the manufacturer and may require additional time
Please note: Choosing UPS 2nd Day Air does not shorten processing time. Your order will ship via 2nd Day Air once it is processed.
Tracking:
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder. Allow up to 10 business days before inquiring about the status.
Additional Shipping Notes

Packages over $200 are insured.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows "delivered," please check with neighbors or file a claim with USPS: File a Claim

We are not responsible for lost return packages—please use tracking and retain your receipt.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned, reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged orders: Keep original packaging and contact us with photos to file a claim.

Drop ship items may take additional time due to manufacturer processing or supply delays. For urgent timelines, please call us at 918.576.6001 before placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligible Returns

We accept returns on full-price, non-seasonal items within 10 days of delivery or 10 days from in-store purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
