- To curl hair: clamp ends of desired hair sections & roll up. Let sit for 10-20 minutes. To remove, unroll clip in the opposite direction & unclip at ends, enjoy your curls! - Pro tip: use hair spray or blow dryer to improve results.

- If you want to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package, you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your family and neighbors to make sure they did not receive it.
- It is important to keep the original packaging in tact in the event that your item arrives damaged. We must have photos to file a claim to have the item picked up by the carrier and replace your item.
