EASY, SIMPLE SET-UP We recommend using the Holiball® Fast Flow Inflator to inflate each ornament. They can be inflated using most household electric air pumps or air compressor. Once full to firm, you can easily place in the Holiball® Hanger Plug and add the Holiball® Topper. All that's left is hanging or placing your Holiball® to immediately transform your space.
DURABILITY Holiball The Inflatable Ornament® is made of UV-resistant engineered polymer that is durable in any climate. You can easily clean your Holiball® with soap and water if needed. No special products are needed for cleaning.
COMPACT STORAGE There is no need for oversized storage containers that fill up your garage and attic. Holiball The Inflatable Ornament® deflates to fit in a 12in x 18in a bag for easy storage.
We do our very best to process and ship orders in 3-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturday and/or Sunday. Orders received over a weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. If you do not receive this in your inbox, please check your spam. Please allow 10 business days before inquiring about the status of your order.
We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
If you want to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package, you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your family and neighbors to make sure they did not receive it.
It is important to keep the original packaging in tact in the event that your item arrives damaged. We must have photos to file a claim to have the item picked up by the carrier and replace your item.
