We are big believers in promoting safe sleep, and in sticking with the rules of creating a safe sleep space. For that reason, it's key to remember that if your baby is under a year old, you should avoid putting any item in the crib that may be a SIDS risk while unattended. Not sure if a particular toy is safe for your baby? We always recommend checking with your baby's healthcare provider.
We intentionally designed our Slumberkins without any small, detachable plastic pieces. Due to length of fur, our ultra plush fabric products are not suitable for infants or any children under 3 years of age.
All of Slumberkins are safety tested and ASTM certified at the highest level, which is paramount in this product category of children's toys.
Our Slumberkins are made of the softest silken fabric. Slumberkins are 100% polyester and stuffed with hypoallergenic polyester fiberfill.
- We do our very best to process and ship orders in 3-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturday and/or Sunday. Orders received over a weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
- Our standard shipping option is UPS.
- Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. If you do not receive this in your inbox, please check your spam. Please allow 10 business days before inquiring about the status of your order.
- We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
- If you want to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package, you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your family and neighbors to make sure they did not receive it.
- It is important to keep the original packaging in tact in the event that your item arrives damaged. We must have photos to file a claim to have the item picked up by the carrier and replace your item.
