- Dimensions: 2'6" wide, 10' long, 0.25" pile height
- Material: 100% Polyester. Pieces may vary due to the handmade nature of each product. Imported.
- Care: Machine wash in cold water on delicate cycle, use mild non-bleach detergent. You may choose to add 1/2 cup of white vinegar to your detergent to help neutralize pet odors. Line dry or dry flat. Do not tumble dry. Tumble drying will result in damage to the rug fabrication. Do not dry clean. All 8 x10 Rugs must be washed in commercial grade washing machines, not in household size washing machines. Washing an 8 x 10 Rug in a home washing machine may result in damage to the machine. Do not Iron. Vacuum regularly to preserve original sheen. The use of an Anti-Slip Rug Pad or underlay is highly recommended. Rotate the rug regularly to avoid areas of uneven wear. Use rug protectors under legs of heavy furniture. Do not pull loose ends, clip with scissors. Color fading can occur if exposed to direct sunlight for an extended period of time.
- We do our very best to process and ship orders in 3-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturday and/or Sunday. Orders received over a weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

- Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. If you do not receive this in your inbox, please check your spam. Please allow 10 business days before inquiring about the status of your order.
- We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
- If you want to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package, you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your family and neighbors to make sure they did not receive it.
- It is important to keep the original packaging in tact in the event that your item arrives damaged. We must have photos to file a claim to have the item picked up by the carrier and replace your item.
