Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Please allow at least 3-4 weeks from the time of your order for us to prepare and ship your product. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability. Each shipment is insured to the total invoice value. Large, framed art over 30x40" will be quoted individually for shipping charge. Amber Marie And Co is not responsible for product that are lost or stolen.
No return/exchanges are accepted unless product is defective. Defective item return must be made in writing directly to Returns@ambermarieco.com within 7 days for return approval. Shipping will be charge to customer for any returned goods.
We do our very best to process and ship orders in 3-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturday and/or Sunday. Orders received over a weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Our standard shipping option is UPS.
Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. If you do not receive this in your inbox, please check your spam. Please allow 10 business days before inquiring about the status of your order.
We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
If you want to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package, you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your family and neighbors to make sure they did not receive it.
It is important to keep the original packaging in tact in the event that your item arrives damaged. We must have photos to file a claim to have the item picked up by the carrier and replace your item.
